loyd foster1They consistently target my company. They accuse me of *"putting excess cash" in my deposits. I made four deposits that day. And was told I was no longer allowed in the drive through. I should have pocketed the money as it wasn't my mistake but through my honestly I returned the money with the stipulation I would receive a apology and was scoffed at. And since then my deposits have been mysteriously short any time I bring a change order at the same time. They refuse to answer their phone suddenly when they steal from me, but answer immediately when they accidently give away their money.

1 21Been calling this branch for an hour. No answer. I just drove by and they are not busy. The stats online also show NOT BUSY yet no one can answer the phone. What a joke!

Irving Rey1Customer service is terrible, waiting in the lobby almost 3 hours before anyone could talk to me. Them my wife asked for a restroom and they said there’s no public restrooms for their customers.

Leah Croft1Thank you for once again living up to my expectations for horrible customer service. I appreciate the impetus to look for a bank that actually cares to treat its customers like they are valuable. 35 minutes before closing but unoccupied desk clerk unable to open a savings account that would attach to my business account. "It usually takes an hour to open an account, so you can make an appointment for tomorrow".

Deb Turner1My review concerns the person I talked to regarding my hacked debit card. Extremely rude individual, told me I would have to wait 5 to 7 days for a new card and in a semi nice way said tough if you need to buy anything until then. This has happened 3 times since I opened this account. I have not been hacked at any of my other banks. Thanks for nothing.

Jose l Avila1On a friday..had to wait forever in line ...you need more empliyees.. And get this I forgot my wallet so no id no atm card...I just needed to make a few dollars deposit...No.No..You need your ID to make a deposit...what a waste of time. What a joke with this bank

Dillon Reynolds1SLOOOWWWWWW. SLOW. They are terriblely slow. The lovington location was soo good. Fast and friendly now I have to drive all the way to hobbs wait 1 hour for rude service. Time to switch banks.

Tara Stanton5Never had any problems, they had a promotion when I first opened my account so they gave me $100 for free. After 10 swipes of my debit card I got $50 and another $50 for something else but I forgot what. The employees are very friendly and super helpful, always greeted with a smile and a handshake. I hardly ever even have to go in, the drive thru makes it convenient and I love that I dont get charged a fee for using WF ATM's plus it's a nationwide bank so I can go anywhere and they have what I need.

J1This is the slowest Wells Fargo that I have ever been to. The person that is hiring these tellers needs to be fired they are the worst. It is seems like every time I go in they are to busy chatting with each other to assist I will most definitely be closing all of my accounts with them.

Janel Ezernack1I have to come here everyday as a commercial customer and it never fails that I’m here at least 30 minutes. Doesn’t matter if I go inside or through the drive through. Today I had to wait while I was watching tellers talking without getting my bank bag from the slot for over 15 min. It’s super frustrating how much time it takes out of my day.
