Chrissy Roberts1Poor customer service and very unprofessional. I have been doing business with wells fargo for years and service at the branch is awful. The bankers were rude and dismissive and very loud. Initially the bankers ignored me then yelled to the security guard "Ask her if she got an appointment" to which I responded no, then female banker yelled "Call customer service" without knowing what I needed. I've worked in banking for years, this branch should be ashamed of it's low standards and ignorant bankers.

Isaac Parker1Terrible customer service. The banker who sat in the cubicles did not want to be bothered with the customers piling up in the waiting area. There is no sign in sheet and we all felt uncomfortable.

DLX Infinite2Pretty rough during Covid19. Condescending, horrible service from Thomas Sloop who lied about faxing my beneficary inheritance paperwork to the Estate Care division. He never did. Im still trying to get the money. No help whatsoever after this disaster.

Adriana Esquivel1I've never been to Philadelphia before. I had to park in the nearest parking because I really needed to use the restroom. I entered the building where obviously the Wells Fargo is in, and asked one of the ladies wearing a suit. She said she didn't know where the nearest public restroom is at. I hope she was just newly employed.

Robert Kitzhoffer1i made a cash deposit at this branch yesterday and it is not in my account. i have receipt and called customer service. they have to do a search and takes 10 days. so what do i do without money for 10 days, i guess starve
