  I have been investing in Northern California real estate for 20 years. Over that time I have dealt with many real estate professionals. When it came to refinancing one of my multi family projects, Colin was one of 6 providers I interviewed. I selected him because he came back to me with multiple competitive options and was able to explain the pros and cons of each of them. We worked together to select the best option for me and lock in the rate. He was timely, responsive, thorough and knowledgeable. He always covered every detail and left nothing to chance.   There aren't many companies out there that still hold traditional values. Where personal service and a handshake go a long way, Colin is one of those guys. I couldn't have been more satisfied with his professionalism and responsiveness. Colin offered us some great finance options for our 1031 exchange and helped us navigate the rigorous process. Many lenders shop at the same banks and can provide the same product. The difference with Harbor West is that you have someone in your corner fighting for your best interests. I will absolutely use Colin again for our future financing needs.

  Colin is an excellent mortgage broker with a wealth of knowledge and experience that doesn't' just work a 9 - 5 schedule. I wish I could share the details of the unbelievable financing he secured for me but trust me it's unbelievable. If Colin can't do it than nobody else can.
