      Their customer service is absolutely awful. No respect. You'll be waiting for a minimum of two hours just to be seen on a slow day. If you don't have an account, regardless if the check you're cashing is through them, you might as well go ahead and sleep in their waiting room. The bankers are super gossipy and was talking badly about another customer after they'd left. I would rather give this place no stars but 1 is the minimum allowed.

      Highly do not recommend this branch my wife had a hurt ankle and has to wear a brace so we went through the drive thru and they made us go in to where she had to walk do not recommend going here what so ever

      Been banking here since 1998. The past three years the customer service has been so bad that I avoid going to this branch. Just left there. They would not exchange two twenty dollar bills for 4 rolls of quarters. Would have thought a 22 year customer would account for something. Apparently not. Nothing at this branch is easy. Everything is always a problem. Even when its a simple transaction.

      They never answer their phone. When I tried to get a student loan in May 2020 they said they would have better rates in July and to wait until then. I called back on July 1st and they said they were no longer giving student loans for the foreseeable future. Bunch of lying crooks who haven't changed since their fake account scandal. Don't bother banking here. Edit: 10/26/20 Same follow up spiel that most owners give with no results or attempts to actually help the customer. Don't let their feigned interest fool you. They only care about themselves and not customers that have been banking with them for 25 years. Can't wait to switch.

      Worse branch experience ever. They only have one cashier. And mansgers, instead of helping cashier, they tell you to sit down and wait for them to do you deposits. Worse customer service!

      Why does it take more than three forms of identification (social security card, drivers license, pay stub) and several trips to different banks and calls to apply for a credit card? My application hasn’t went through yet cause they still need to “verify my identity”. Main thing they are worried about is my address but I brought my drivers license, pay stub, and two letters they mailed me stating they couldn’t verify my identity that all had the same address on it which should show I do live there. I just wanted my first credit card so I can start building up my credit. I’ve been with this bank for three years. I’ll be looking at other banks.

      Worst customer service out of all the Wells Fargo banks in Anderson, SC. They should have left the branch on Pearman Dairy Rd open. It was always fast and great customer service at that branch.

      Absolute worse bank in Anderson, SC (along with Clemson branch). They treat you like dirt and refuse to count back cash to you. Today, I was told that would not give me a $100 because they only give them to their customers. I have no problem with $20's but was apauled by the policy! Wow, thats alpauling. They set a new level of poor customer service everytime I go their. Needless to say, I only cash checks and will never use their service!

      We have banked with them and the tellers have always been nice and helpful. Most of the time there are so many options for banking. On the internet, on the phone, iPad, pc, or the ATM. There are so many options for the customers. If you're the customer that likes hands on banking face to face with a person you can do that too. In other words the employees are helpful but if you need other options for banking or choose to bank other ways you have that option. They offer checking and savings accounts. They offer loans, stocks and bonds or Cds. If you need coin change or need to get rid of some the bank does that too. There are plenty of locations to choose from.
