      Huge Building, Slow Service I've been waiting 20 minutes for this one teller. If this customer's needs are so complex he needs to go to an office.

      WORST bank ever. Lines are ALWAYS EXTREMELY LONG. Branch closed the week of Christmas forcing everyone to use the Liberty Hwy Branch with almost an hour wait for drive thru/atm. 0/10 would not recommend.

      I’ve been with this bank for about 10/11 years and on yesterday they told me the were terminating my account with them! I’ve kept good money in my account and I’ve been a valued customer and yesterday really made me feel uncomfortable with them even their customer care was unprofessional and rude. I would not recommend them to anybody as of yesterday because they showed their true colors.

      Worked with Jon Yeargin to open a tricky account during these COVID times. Jon deserves great kudos, he was awesome and so nice and explained things and answered questions and ran back and forth between his office and my car. Jon went out of his way to help us. I really appreciated all his efforts. The whole team at this branch (including Brian Thompson and Janna McCoppin) deserve a ton of ovations from this very happy customer.

      I went into the branch to open a new account.. I was greeted by a wonderful manager whose name was Janna Mccoppin was really very professional. Janna has took the time to explain and educate me concerning the process. Janna was really helpful in answering all of my questions and actually took the time to get to know me and my financial concerns. I would recommend Sun Trust and Janna for future reference.

      If you drive a dually truck you can not for thru the drive thru at all your rear tires will not even attempt to fit. Coming from a guy that puts trucks and trailers anywhere need be.
