      Pretty bad. Had an appointment to open a business account. No one said anything when you walk in so we just sat down. We had to stop someone to ask them about our appointment. The lines are very long. The employees are very busy. The place is dead silent.

      We had an appointment. We got there and were seen right away. Bethine was super nice and informative. She took the time to walk us through everything and even show us where on their website we could find some great financial education resources. Super appreciative of her friendly service, patience and time.

      Worat service of any bank anywhere. You come in person because they will not answer the phone. So you need to get an appointment in person to come back in person. Got one. For today. Banker it was with is not here for appt now.

      Worst customer service ain’t time u don’t wait not even fro a question I’ve banked with TD bank switch it when I moved here to florida cause closes bank to me so I don’t have travel that far now I don’t travel. But always a long wait it’s just unreal the process of Wells Fargo .🥲

      I've been to this bank multiple times to deposit money and have not had any issues. I deposited loose change twice before with no rejection whatsoever. For some reason the lady who I spoke with decided to get an attitude with me and proceeded to tell me to count the change myself and they don't accept loose change. Okay so if that is the case why would you accept my change the first two times then? Very rude customer service. PS. If you have an attitude all the time why get a job in customer service? Will most likely end up going to a different bank.

      I would like to thank Wanda H. (branch manager) for assisting me in completing an online transaction that had failed several times for me.       Very nice people, good crews. But, I felt pushed away when I needed some financial advices ( maybe because of knowledge that is missing). Its a good place do to do deposits, cash advances etc. If you looking for some investment advisor pass this branch dont waste time

      They are always and I do mean always so slow , even with appointments they make you wait it’s gotten to the point I avoid this branch like the plague as do my co workers here in the shopping center, I drive 6 miles to another branch who takes care of my banking needs ASAP. I will seek another bank closer to my house E because of the poor treats here
