  So grateful for the help of the manager.... I am visiting from Arizona and had the wrong directions which guided me through a golf club (I would’ve been there in 3 minutes with these directions) and the security would not let me pass through because it was private property. Instead this caused me to flip around and drive another 25 minutes get there at 5:03. I was so frustrated with these Apple Maps not being updated and security! It was an urgent need for me to make it for my vacation money and I am thankful for this manager Wanda who ended up hearing me out and allowed me to do a transaction through the drive up window. Thanks

  Very poor customer. Service. They could care less if you bank. with them or go someplace else.

  bank tellers are not helpful at all, unless you give them money.

  Almost impossible to make a deposit via either of their 2 ATMs on a weekend. "Currently not accepting deposits" Very frustrating.

  No help at all On vacation from out of state and just asked for a fax number for authorization not approved by me and after waiting In line was no help
