  Trustco bank in Davenport has been OUTSTANDING in regards to customer service and what they offer to account holders. Anthony, the manager, and their tellers have always been polite and very well informed. You are not going to find better banking service in Polk County(I know, because I tried Mid Florida Credit Union for one year and Center State for fourteen years until they imposed over the top Covid 19 restrictions) . The hours of operation when the lobby is open are great and their housing loans are excellent. The bank manager at this location is accessable ,friendly and helpful as well.

  Don’t bank here went in on a Saturday charged me $30.00 To do a stop payment, I called my bank to verified the funds, my bank stopped the hold after talking to bank manager; it was resolved with out needing a stop payment. Bank mgr knowing charged my account when I left and that service was not needed; I called customer service and filed a complaint. I will be changing banks! They are out to rip u off, don’t put your money in here.

  The manager there is so rude, He wasn't helpful when I wanted to dispute couple of payments that weren't authorized and he got mad when he knew that I opened a new account in another branch and asked me to close the account and open a new account with him.Worst customer service ever
