  This is a gorgeous resort community with lovely amenities, great staff, and good food! If you get the chance to visit, I recommend that you do! Also a great community to invest in for short term rental!

  At the risk of my own enjoyment, I have to say this place is fabulous. I want you to know it's great, but don't want to tell you how much because I want to keep it all to myself. The amenities are awesome, the staff was friendly and nice and the overall space is just incredible for the price. Add to that that you were only a very few minutes from every Disney attraction and it's probably the best deal on the area by far.

  Nice resort. Good location. At first glance, beautiful rental house. Then you see the grout on tiles, the spindles falling out of the wobbly stair rail, the light switches that don't actually turn the light on 50% of the time, the short garbage disposal, the 2 pod dishwasher tabs for 7 day stay, 1 extra garbage bag... could improve some things

  Beautiful place, rental was very nice, but like one review kinda cheaply made. Homes are close together and parking is poor. 1 car in the driveway and another has to park in a lot approx 1 block (or more away) depending on the location of your rental. If you happen to rent close to a house with lots of small children playing in the backyard pool it's loud. The main pool amenities are super nice. Wave pool, splash pad, bar, restaurant are awesome. Poolside wait staff available. Prices are on the higher side but it's OK, it's vacation right? Lots of construction yet! Yes, it's loud at times. The work a long day 7am-7pm, (even on Saturday),but after that it's fine. It will be nice when it's done. All & all the worst part is lack of parking.

  the homes were nice and felt safe. Pool area is nice but got busy. Could use a couple more lounge chairs in the main pool area. Have a bar right by the pool that also serves food. Food was all decent as well. Volleyball, basketball and soccer courts, a teen room, wave rider ($30 all day pass). Overall great for larger families.

  We enjoyed the resort. Only bad part was heater didn't work on our private pool and public pool closed at 7. My second trip to Florida this year and I didn't get pool time again. 😶

  This place has so much wrong with it I don't even have the time to list it. The only thing it has is square footage. After that it goes downhill real quick. They don't respond to any of your calls its just a terrible place to stay. Would never recommend and will go out of my way to make sure anybody who mentions Florida that they don't come here.

  We flew all the way in from Canada for Labor day weekend to stay at this resort and the clubhouse and pool was closed. No pool, restaurant, or club access. The note posted on the door stated it was closed due to hurricane warning. This is a complete joke as the hurricane is out in the Atlantic and isn't even scheduled to get near the coast of Florida till mid week. All of the other resorts and parks were open. I will never come to this resort again! What a waste of time and money.
