  The people in this branch were so helpful and we got everything we needed done for our business accounts in a very efficient way. I dealt with April and Gina who were brilliant. Very friendly service as well. Highly recommend using this branch for your Wells Fargo banking needs

  I typically let things like this go but I called into this location due to an issue with a deposit. Frank, I believe that was his name literally knew nothing about his company, very limited to no knowledge of their own services, had to call a department for every single question that was asked. Spent 35 minutes (basically on hold the whole time) as he "called" around his departments to figure out what had occurred. I was told he would call me back soon.. 30 minutes later (after I had already driven to Sarasota and figured it out myself) he called back, which was obviously ignored to avoid wasting anymore time with something that turned out to be a "quick fix" After a quick visit the Wells Fargo in Downtown Sarasota, all of my questions were answered within 5 minutes by Adam Banks, a very very knowledgeable personal banker. I would recommend ANY other location if you want direct answers to issues.

  Had Gina as my banker and she was incredibly rude and indirect, I got charged two overdraft fees when my account hasn’t even been negative for 24 hours. She was extremely snarky and talked to me as if I was dumb or had no clue what was going on. Lost my business due to this inconsistency

  Gina has helped me on several occasions. She is very professional and gives me new ideas and alternatives. The people up front are very friendly and helpful too.

  Was literally 3 min away at 4:59pm and called and asked them if they could please wait so I could get my check in. Traffic was crazy and holding me back and they refused to help me and just wait 2 min after closing time. I worked for a bank for 2 years and if a customer called we always would wait as long as it wasn’t 15 min passed. Extremely dissatisfied with this Bank!

  Good service at this location. Drive through service is much quicker than the location on SR70.
