Brett Sanders5Not sure why the bad reviews. Have used this location for years and always had friendly service and relatively short waits compared to other Wells Fargo locations. Also, a Sees Candy is next door , so can get a chocolate.

T R1This institution is a joke. I will cut to the chase regarding this nonsense. I come in to open an account as of 06/18. I was informed a previous account had a negative balance at closing. This was news to me. I never received anything regarding this, never reflected on my credit. This balance was taken care of on the spot, in full and was paid in CASH on 06/18. They didn't even try to waive any fees - fine. I come back in today, 06/19 as requested yesterday. Was informed it will now take 4-6 WEEKS for this to "clear" in their system before an account can be attempted to be opened. Supposedly, there was nothing to be done. I'm quite certain this was a flat out lie as Marisella didn't even really care to try for a work around. She was unwilling to even CALL the appropriate department today to verify a time frame an account could be opened. She was trying to push it off until Monday. Mind you the call took a total of 3 minutes to complete today after I requested she take care of this now. This is complete nonsense. They received payment in full as soon as they made me aware there was even a situation to take care of. DO NOT BANK HERE. Chase Bank surpasses them in every way possible. For a larger, onsite option, I HIGHLY recommend you have your funds protected by Chase Bank. Their customer service, security protocols, and customer appreciation are just some of the qualities that put them on top.

Diane Holloway1I could not believe how bad the service was here. There's another Wells Fargo accross the street that has way better service. Don't bother asking to speak with the manager. The service just gets worse. You can see why the employees there all have bad attitudes. A true example of being led by example. Save yourself the experience and go across the street!

Skye Engels5I have been using this branch for years with my business account and they are always so nice and knowledgeable when I have any questions. I have been to a few other locations out of necessity and have not had the same great experience I always have here.
