  Jorge Valenzuela (the market manager of this Bank of America and other nearby branches) had at least 3 different employees test positive for Covid-19 here during this pandemic and each time Jorge attempted to keep the Encinitas branch open for as long as possible without notifying customers of the infections until the bank’s safety department shut it down to reduce exposure. This is unacceptable behavior and violates every health and safety code there is. Get this guy removed from his position.

  Javier Olarte was so rude. I have been a client for Bank of America for the past 5 years and I have never experienced such a rude manager. I would NEVER recommend this location. Del mar or Sorrento Valley are way better.

  I had to open up a new business bank account immediately. Myra Pierson and Jesse Maldonado went out of their way to help me. Jesse followed up the next day. These two employees gave me efficient friendly customer service! I will recommend my family and friends to bank at Bank if America. Thank you Jesse and Myra for your help. You two are the best!   TTerrible service. Two days of promises that Robert, the manager, would call me back due to a month long issue --this time.-- Did he ever? Of course not. Rommel did not even know the ATM policy of the bank he works at. He also failed to connect me with Robert or honor my request to find out when Robert could call back (after calling two days and three times today alone). This bank sucks, in general. Bank of America has become incredibly cheap and they do not equip their managers with ANY authority to make things right. It's a corporate puppetshow. I should have stayed with my old bank and am going back ASAP. BOA has no clue how to treat customers. If you shop around, you'll be incredibly glad you did.

  Worst customer service ever. Two hours plus waiting on phone for a human as their on line system can't fix the mistake . Then rude manager at the New Encinitas Branch on Encinitas Blvd. Four days later, they still have not been able to fix the double payment they took for my credit card payment.

  Why do they have a phone number if they NEVER answer the phone? I called 20 times over the course of two days and the phone was never answered.
