Wells Fargo Bank Reviews

Robert Ward2I've been a Wells Fargo customer for 17 years and generally I don't have a problem with the service. I don't go to the branch often but I went to the Middle River to get a official check. I waited over 15 mins to be helped and I was the only person in the teller line! Mind you there was a customer doing several transactions being helped by the only teller that was working. There were 2 other tellers but they did not offer to help me and when I asked were they available, one of the tellers answered and was rude and then started saying things under her breath. Very unprofessional! Will never return to this branch. I will say the teller that helped me apologized for the wait and was friendly but that doesn't excuse the poor behavior of the other teller.
Response from the ownerThank you for your feedback, Robert. I'm disappointed to learn about the long wait times and customer service issues you experienced at this location. I hope you'll accept my apology and allow me forward this matter to the appropriate team for review. Please email me at [email protected], and be sure to mention your review and Google username (no account numbers). I look forward to discussing this further. -Nick, Wells Fargo HL Social

Gaurab Pokhrel2One of the Teller named Tiera, is rude and does not deserve to be there. Her service is very poor. Every time she rejects to give $10.00 Bills that we need for my business. Once in a week I go there for $10.00 bills of $1000.00, but rudely says she has only $500.00 . Before, every time I would get $1000.00 worth of $10.00. When she came in this branch, we don’t get in enough amount. I don’t think Wells Fargo is being poor due to pandemic.
Response from the ownerHello, Gaurab. I’m truly sorry about the rude customer service you experienced at this branch. Please email me at [email protected] with your full name, phone number, and address (no account numbers). Be sure to mention you posted a review on a Wells Fargo location as well so I can forward your concerns appropriately. Thanks so much. -AJ, Wells Fargo HL Social

Ashely Buxenstein1This branch has the worst customer service on the planet. Manager Deanna and teller Keyonna are the worst, they had me in tears last week simply because my wanting to come make a payment on an account I've been making payments on for over a year meant they had to do their jobs and inconvenienced them. I was informed I "wasn't allowed" to come in due to COVID however I have had no issue the last 3 months making an appointment to complete this transaction. Then it was I was not allowed to make a payment on the account which I have been doing for well over a year now without any issues. The manager regularly changes the policies of the bank to fit her daily mood. She is rude, will talk down to you as if you are a child and then when you are finally to the point she has bullied you to crying she will relent but demand all kinds of documentation to proceed with the transaction. Then Deanna will not even be the one to wait on you, she will stick you with a teller up front, come stand over the poor tellers shoulder and continue to be rude and abusive to you. Deanna seems to delight in making you feel small, insignificant and upsetting customers. Keyonna will claim you are the disrespectful one and refuse you service on a whim. I even made a complaint to the executive branch and I am never one to write bad reviews or make complaints like this. Their behavior is simply uncalled for and shows Wells Fargo in an extremely unfavorable light. I will drive the extra 20 minutes to the Dundalk branch from now on until I can remove Wells Fargo completely from the picture. Wells Fargo since you seem to look at these reviews I am not the first person to complain about the manager at this location she absolutely needs to be FIRED!
Response from the ownerThank you for your feedback, Ashely. We take this issue very seriously, and I want to forward your concerns about your experience at this branch. Please mention your review and Google username in an email to [email protected], and I'll get started right away. -Nick, Wells Fargo HL Social

Michelle Parks5I really like this bank, I've never had any issues banking with Wells Fargo. With that being said ,it is a bank and they are looking to make money off of your money. Fees will occur if someone doesn't stay in compliance with the regulations they impose. I do wish their minor accounts had overdraft protection, but hey like i said the bank is in it to make money as well. The staff is very friendly and welcoming .
Response from the ownerHi, Michelle. I’m happy to hear your experience with the team members at this banking branch has been positive. If you’d like to discuss any concerns in further detail, please send an email to [email protected] and mention your review and Google username (no account numbers). We appreciate your feedback. -Nick, Wells Fargo HL Social

David Perry1I walked up with just 2 minutes till close and the teller just walked up to the door and locked it right on my face. I can understand not wanting to stay at work super late but I find it extremely rude to just lock the door on somebody without at least finding out my their transaction is going to be a quick one or a long one. They definitely earned the 2.4 Stars they currently have

Karen Horne5I have had nothng but the finest service at this branch. I find the employees. Patient, caring and extremely helpful especially those in the desk/office area..they have often gone above and beyond normal customer service. I have also had the pleasure dealing with the manager Connie who has also been more then understanding and professional. I have banked with this branch for several yrs and have no intention of leaving anytime soon. Good hometown customer service and loyalty is so hard to find.

Darrick Christian1The branch manager had me wait nearly 30 before coming out to see me! Then declined to cash a check that had my name on it and state "for" my tenants name. I go to another location and had the check cashed in 5 mins. I called back to speak to her and the tellers hung the phone up on my twice! I went back to the branch and told her that I was hung up on she stated "ok!" She's a certified POS!

Pamela Wright1I was reminded today why I avoid this branch. The service reps do not have two brain cells to rub together, and if they don’t understand you, it’s your fault. Example— our old address shows Frederick, CO. 80504. We went in for an address change. The rep read that as Frederick, MD and accused us of lying about our address because it didn’t exist. Even after we pointed out the state and zip difference, she wouldn’t budge. This is just one of quite a few examples of how obtuse the reps at this branch are. They make the most simple transactions excessively complicated and just do not pay attention to what you’re saying. If you want to get cash out, this branch is ok. If you want service, run. Go to Dundalk where they actually understand banking.
Response from the ownerI apologize for any frustration, Pamela. I want to make sure your experience is reviewed and addressed. Without sharing account numbers, please email [email protected] with your full name, Google username, phone number, and address. Be sure to mention you posted this review as well. Thank you in advance. -Liz, Wells Fargo HL Social

mar1Incredible wait of over 35 minutes at drive through, they are not offering services inside when almost every other bank I’ve been to are helping costumers inside with right measures regarding COVID
