Qiuren Huang1I came in and I could hear that the elderly customer in front of me was withdrawing two $50 bills and was told by the woman that was greeting people at the door to use an ATM outside in the cold to avoid the line, even though she was next (45 degrees outside today). Then I was the approached by this woman asking what I was doing, I said I was depositing a check and she kept bombarding me with questions. I said that my business is private and was told in a rude tone of voice to use my debit card at the ATM for a deposit to avoid the now, non-existent line, because she told the elderly customer ahead of me to use the ATM outside. She did not care that I had a deposit slip from my checkbook already filled and the teller took 5 seconds to deposit my check! Awesome teller! The person greeting customers at the door was not awesome. No privacy or empathy for old people! stop invading peoples' privacy at the door and in line, because the entire bank can hear what you are doing there!

Katherin Huynh2Some of the staff there are nice and some are just cold like a robot. The greetings at door makes me welcomed and acknowledge. One even mention, "welcome back", as he only worked with me once for a brief moment a month ago. He was talking to one of his peers, he took 3 seconds to pause what he was doing to greet. 10* goes to you buddy. Rating is missing 3 stars because I felt one or two staff can work on a presences and listening. On Presences, vocal tone did not felt warm and welcoming especially coming from Simon. I felt like I was a bother to him and felt as if he had something else better to do. That tone of voice of superiority was what I felt from him. Readers might think I'm making this up or find this mad. This is how I felt when I left the Wells Fargo in Chanhassen. As for listening, every time I ask for a withdrawal out of my account, I always mention that i don't have a card nor a pin and I only have a savings. I present my ID or passport. WHY am I ALWAYS asked 2 times if I have a debit card or ATM card after the information that I just gave.

Tara Holmgren1The second I walked into the bank my privacy was gone. I was greeted by an employee and she immediately asked me what I was doing there in front of a lot of other customers. It was very odd to me. Two more customers came in after me and the employee did the same thing to them and then proceeded to ask one of them how much was the check he was depositing. Going to the bank is supposed to be confidential about what you are doing with your account, and the fact that the employee was making everyone’s private matters public was not okay.

Jeffrey Sand5I really like this Wells Fargo location. I am amazed at how well treated I am when I go in there. They really understand customer service. I have been a Wells Fargo customer since 2005. For contrast I had visited another bank (RBCU) and had a pretty terrible experience, enough to make me want to write a review as soon as I got home. But I really think the people at the Chanhassen Wells Fargo go out of their way to treat customers well and this should be recognized, because it is not like this everywhere. Reading the other reviews for this location was kind of funny. In my experience, I have nothing but good things to say about my visits to this bank.
Response from the ownerWe strive to provide a great customer experience and we’re happy to read about yours. Thanks for taking the time to share this with us, Jeffrey. -AJ, Wells Fargo HL Social

Austin Kosir2Every time you walk in here, they have an employee standing there that asks you "what brings you in today?" I keep it simple. I say to see a teller. Well they then ask for specifics on what brings me in today, and when they ask they do not do it privately. Meaning that not only the employee but everyone inside the bank will hear my business. Where has my privacy gone? Also what I dislike is when you go up to a teller to get cash, you have to do the work. You cannot just go in with your card and pin and say I need a roll of quarters. You have to select which account, what your doing, how much, receipt etc. If you live in the Twin Cities I would reccomend US Bank. Thats where I'm going. I do not recommend this branch nor company to ANYONE.

Jason Anderson1When withdrawing 300 the teller said the following: " oh I see you have a new account", " why aren't you doing a direct deposit", " what do you do for a living"×2. Something is seriously wrong with this bank. When I called with my concerns the manager defended the tellers questions and said she was just trying to get to know me better. NO WORDS.
Response from the ownerHi, Jared. I’m truly sorry to learn about the customer service you received at this branch and would like to review what happened in more detail. Please email me at [email protected] with your Google username and advise that you posted a review on a Wells Fargo location (no account numbers). Salbih Mustafa1On February 2018 I came into the bank to do a balance transfer and apply for a new 0% interest credit card. I saw the banker named Humaira Imran who was helping me do such a thing. My finance education could be better and I wish I knew more about credit cards, with that said I put my trust into the hands of Humaira. Instead of applying for a new credit card I was told to do a balance transfer to the same card, but will only have 0% interest on the $X amount of money that was transferred over. I was hoping for a 0% card that would be 0% for the entire available credit, but I guess that is not the case for balance transfer. Which I had no idea, I just wish as a customer who is hoping bankers who work in this industry would help you understand that. So long story short, after I exceeded the balance transfer amount I was charged an interest rate of 23.99% on my purchases. I tried to get them reversed, that did not happen. Very unhappy, I am a loyal customer and I was hoping they could do something about this, but they did not. Lesson learned.
