  Holly Nelson at Bay Equity is the best loan officer I have ever had the pleasure working with. She is super responsive and always found time to answer my questions.   My husband and I struggled for years to buy a house and then ended up filing for bankruptcy. We ended up moving to a home that we had a lease with option to buy and our realtor got us in touch with Kyle a year later, because of the bankruptcy we had to wait 2 year which was this year. Kyle worked very hard to get us the best rate and also to help us close for what we had being it wasn't a lot, being my husband had an accident last year that wiped out our savings.   I just closed on my first home and was very worried about the process going in. Kyle walked me through all the steps and made sure I knew exactly what to do. I used a VA loan which he had experience in so I knew every part of my mortgage was being taken care. The experience was not the nightmare I thought it would be.
