  Don't expect any valid curreny exchanges. After waiting for 30 minutes for the teller to fill out the exchange for Euros to dollars I got a call that they do not accept Euro coins. Every place you go they giuve you coins as change, but according to Huntington this is not a vallid currency.

  They’re struggling a little bit with the transition and start up but the 2 encounters I’ve had here have been with friendly representatives. Really wish Huntington would print new debit cards on the spot like tcf did but I don’t believe this location deserves a 1 star review because the atm screen was INOP. Just sounds like one whiner to me. Feels quiet in here, hopefully they can get some new hires trained in.

  If you bank at Huntington, you're in for some real trouble if you actually "need" to deal with a real person. I've been trying to close my accounts there since they merged with TCF and have been given multiple different excuses about why the person I'm talking to can't close my accounts. This is the branch closest to my home. I have literally been in there 4 times just trying to get all of my money out of there and into a new bank. The teller here told me that I should call customer service to close my accounts. Customer service told me I have to do it in person. I went back there, and the teller told me I needed an appointment - so I tried calling this bank to make one. Literally every time, the phone rings and rings and I get nothing but an answering machine saying everyone is busy and to call back later. I was finally able to get the remainder of my money out of there by using their "online bill pay" and sending myself a check, but I had to speak to their fraud department to actually make it happen. It took forever, but they finally sent me a check which I was able to deposit into my new bank. I then waited a few days to make sure it actually happened, and then called customer service to close my accounts - which they said they did. I looked today, and my account is indeed no longer active.

  Excellent employees with great customer service skills. The bank has different account types that met my needs

  Wait times are terrible, often there’s only 1 person working both the front and the drive thru in the back

  The teller working literally couldn’t write a cashiers check for us.

  They might as well shut this branch down. Good luck finding anyone that knows what they’re doing or a line less than 45 minutes.

  The ATM hasn’t worked for the last 3 weeks or only had 1$ bills in it. Avoid banking with Hunting.

  Since the transition from TCF, they are holding my money hostage and I cannot get it out of this bank. Please avoid at all costs.

  As of Wednesday 10/20 drive thru ATM touchscreen was broken and unusable.
