Ryan was exceptionally awesome and actually help me save money as well because I was unaware of the direct deposit form for new employment. He’s extremely knowledgeable and has amazing customer service. He deserves a raise. Thank you!

Kate Mousel2Wells Fargo has closed or severely limited services and hours in SE Huntsville. We have been long time customers but having to go downtown for full service is making me rethink continuing to use them as our bank. Today the ATM at Carl T Jones was not operational for getting cash. Because my time was limited I ended up paying a $3 fee at the ATM at Publix. And this was not the first time.

Kenlon Burcham2Having been a customer of this bank in some form or another for more than 40 years, today was a first. No access to a teller inside, no access to the ATM, and signing my life away to get MY money from the o ly drive thru after a 45 minute runaround, I am not pleased. You closed my usual branch then made it a circus act to get service. Once I understood the teller, I finally signed the form and got the cash I requested. This was and is unacceptable. Loyalty has its limits.

Ashley D1I don't understand why you have closed the one and only Wells Fargo in South Huntsville. It doesn't seem fair to allow all the banks in North Huntsville to remain open. We shouldn't have to drive across town to get access to our money. Please reconsider temporarily closing down one of the North Huntsville branches and reopening this one. Thank you.

Thao Hoang5I came in with my dad twice to get one of the charges dispute. Ashley was the lady who helped us both time. She is beyond amazing and so nice and helpful. It made the whole experience less stressful. Although I don't have a Wells Fargo account, seeing how helpful and great she was, it made me just want to switch my bank to Wells Fargo. Seriously, she needs a raise!

The only thing I have negative to say and it's not against This Branch it's about "Arab Not Having A ATM MACHINE ANYMORE " .Please, Bring Back Our ATM MACHINE 💲💸💳🧾

Kaye Miller1Rude, teller was so rude, shoved reader right where I went to set my paper work. I said excuse me I was going to place my paper work there, she said nothing..I removed it and moved it. When asked if this was credited correctly she became angry for me asking her to show the deposit....when I was finished I said that I was sorry we both could be having a bad day and that we gotten off to a bad start, she promptly told me that " she wasn't and in no way was she sorry for her behavior".
