  It seem like not matter how much I pay can't low my loan. Interest rates are so high. Even if I pay more that what I suppose to. With this pandemic things all my others loan gave me a huge break with the interest, but this company not at all. How is that you pay $225. And only $34.26 Goes to the principal and $190.74 to interest? I'm so looking for to pay this off and never Go back to this company.

  The worst lending company in history! Disgusted by the attitudes of management and their unwillingness to remedy any situation! Taking advantage of people during a pandemic is disgraceful! Do NOT ever use this company. The highest interest around and they are loan sharks!

  Secured a loan from them a few years ago using my vehicle then my vehicle was totaled and they were paid more than half of the balance due on the loan, my payments got behind, so they reported my loan to try to keep me from purchasing another vehicle they would not work with me at all to get my payments current only threats of reporting my loan. This is the kind of people they are. You would think with this epidemic these people would be compassionate.

  Worst experience I have ever had. Why can't people be civil and understanding anymore? I always had good history with then untill now! Always made payments on time and even paid more then owed on some days, Iade a large parent to pay everything off and I unknowingly had a small remaining balance, some how... Earlier this month I recieved a call and immediately called back to pay them. There was some mis communications that resulted in a mark on my credit report. My only mark on my credit now ☹. Which for those who dont know, a late payment report effects your credit for up to 7 years! I have been planning to buy my 1st family home in 2020 and now it will become much harder for me to do so. I called multiple places and talked to the branch I made the loan with. By the end of my phone calls the branch told me "sometimes life is just like that!" ARE YOU SERIOUS!?! With my great history and re payments on time they weren't willing to work with me even a little. I will never never be doing a loan with this company again and I advise other don't as well.

  After 10+ years, and TWO successfully paid of loans with ABSOLUTELY NO missed payments, we were turned down for a new loan. You would think, after being with a company for so long, our record would mean something. Apparently, it doesn't. Our credit ratings are higher than they ever were for the first two loans, and that meant nothing as well. The lesson to learn? These people have gone way down hill after changing their name to OneMain. I will never bother them again, and if they keep mailing loan offers, I will pursue legal means of getting them out of my life.

  They have always done me good and been fair unlike other companies who try to take advantage of me. Tamika has always made the process very easy and made sure I I understand everything and always offered multiple deals and payment options to see what fit me best. Thanks guys.

  This company is very predatory and doesn't take care of their customers. Even when settling in a court of law, their lawyers to not hold to the agreement. I would not recommend anyone do business with OneMain.

  Im a customer and ive missed one payment in over 3 years and they call non stop multiple times a day even after i tell them to stop because im at work. Horrible experience and i will never make the mistake of coming back to this company for anything.
