  Amazing experience with First Federal Mortgage! Ms. Mary Marsh was extremely professional and went out of her way during the entire loan process to help us in any ways she could and answering all of our questions. We had some challenges with our closing date do to new construction, and Mary and her entire team at First Federal Mortgage were extremely supportive and helpful, putting our mid at ease every step of the way. We are so glad First Federal and Mary were recommended to us by a local friend! We feel so lucky to have found her and I would highly recommend her and her entire team.   Nancy was the best. If you need assistance with your financial needs, nancy would be my first choice. If you want the best at being friendly, professional, knowledgeable and personable, then she is your agent. She puts in long hours and responds quickly. She doesn't give you the run around.   Brian Paulus helped us so much with getting our mortgage. I would recommend him and his assistant Tammy to everyone I know. Our realtor was horrible, and he even answered questions she should've been answering. We used a VA loan, and they were so knowledgeable and attentive to everything they require

  I went to First Federal because I wanted to work with a local mortgage company and they even advertised themselves as one, but right after closing, they sold my mortgage to Chase mortgage. If I had known that, I wouldn't have wasted my time with the middle man. Go directly to Chase mortgage because they'll be the one holding your mortgage anyway.
