  Brought my 93 old mother-in-law to get a paper notarized. The notary was so kind as to come out to the car and notarize it. Talk about thoughtful, wonderful employees at Redstone Federal. We love them!

  I couldn't cash my check because my state driver's license ID was out of date 30days. Im not driving my check the ID is state issued with all my info on it to cash a check. Valid driver's license has nothing to do with cashing a check. My picture and address is on it all a bank needs to cash it. Issue date of license has nothing to do with cashing a check.

  I have been a customer since at least 2003 if not earlier and up until today despite living in 2 other states I have maintained my accounts with Redstone and spoke their praises. For the first time in 14 years I have a negative balance past 30 days. I called asking for help in how I can correct the situation and I was cold transferred to collections! Never in my life have I been treated with so much disrespect. They will be closing my account Monday and the best part? I live in a state that doesn't have any branches and I won't be able to pay off my account balance online unless I find a way to link to my savings account then I have to call to have a representative transfer the money over. This is absolutely absurd. I was calling to ask what I need to do since I've never been in this situation before and I was literally offered no help and talked down to.

  Worst service ever! I have a issue everytime I come to this location. I either go the one closer to Hobbs or the ones in Madison Because I encounter a issue everytime I come here, horrible attitudes & will be speaking to someone higher up abt this location.

  This BANK sux! I went in to make a deposit for a friend, that does bussiness with them, and he wanted me to get change for his store next door. Well, I couldn't get change because I'M NOT A MEMBER OF THIS BANK! So STUPID! IT'S FUNNY THAT I WENT DOWN THE ROAD TO ANOTHER BANK,which I DON'T HAVE A ACCOUNT AT, guess what? No PROBLEM! I wouldn't want a account with this bank anywats! Ride ppl! And very lazy!

  I generally don't redstone but, this place is generally very fast. It's sort of hidden so not very crowded. The drive through is on Bailey Cove so don't be fooled and turn into the main entrance.

  It's hard to leave a review on an ATM machine, but since I must it was the best ATM machine I have ever visited.
