Tasia Massaro1Service here is very slow and they have really rough customer service. If a business calls ahead for a change/money order they should have that prepared in the appropriate time. When you call almost 40 prior to coming in there should not be such a long wait. They always seem understaffed and only a few people know what they are doing. If I could leave negative stars for a review I would. Any one using this as thief primary bank should reconsider switching to a bank with less of a hassle.

Tessa Park1Racial discrimination from this branch on most occasions. Today, 2 Karen’s at this location would not allow a check deposit with no legitimate reason. Kimberly from Hamden Plaza Wells Fargo should be fired.

STEVE P2Always understaffed, they have two tellers when there's 4-6 customers, people can't wait indefinitely, they have things to do, places to go, etc. They have a teller working the drive thru window and the desk at the same time, they should have one person at the window and another at the desk. This is getting ridiculous.
