      Wells Fargo, what is the purpose of having an employee just greet customers to tell them it will be a moment when the same employee could be behind a vacant computer helping the customer waiting? I’m so confused? Friendly staff, just curious why every Wells Fargo does this now while lines build up and there are vacant computers.

      The staff was unhelpful. They had one person helping everyone in line and three people just sitting there. When asked why they weren't helping they just gave blank looks. Needless to say will not be back to this location.
