Chris Lara1Atm deposit seems to always be out of service and always understaffed inside; can’t the bank invest in better atm services and more employees?? It’s like the whole banking industry is still stuck in the 1900’s what a shame

M Pena1Poor customer service, not knowledgeable about certain aspects of banking. I was talked over by Maria several times, never apologized for giving me incorrect information. Daniel more knowledgeable, but cold demeanor and displayed a lack of communication skills—at one point responded to my question—“I already told you that.” Wow, I was stunned by his behavior. This place hopefully has staff meetings where they can address the importance of polite customer service.

N DD1This is the worst branch of Bank of America I ever had to go to. I had an appointment. The customer service/public notary was not on time for my appointment and then refused to sign my document. He was not personally clean, had no name tag, and unprofessional in his way of handling a bank customer. He finally just left me there and went to discuss with another customer. The "branch manager" was not more helpful and said she could not "oblige" him to render that service. I am used to going to another branch where they are clean, welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful, so I was very surprised of the way I was treated. I have a business account!!!!

Janae M4Updated 4/4/19- I must say over the past 2 years B of A has definitely stepped up their game in the business banking. I waited so long to update my review to see if this was just a fluke or if this would last, and it has been smooth sailings for a while now; I'm very pleased with how they've handled the situation. First review- Our company has been banking with B of A for over 17 years and for the last 7 1/2 years I'm responsible for making deposits here at the bank. For the last 3 years it's been pure hell at their business banking here. At first they couldn't figure out what they wanted their business banking hours to be, and so it changed every other week for about 3 months. Only 2 tellers work the normal line so the teller has to bounce back and forth between the regular line and the business banking line. They have at least 3-4 people that work in the new business which makes no sense to me because they obviously can't deal with the customers they already have. After asking twice I finally received the Branch Manager number and I called him over 2 weeks ago and still haven't received a response back. His name is Alex Merino and this is a horrible way to treat a customer that has called and expressed their concern about a business you operate. Bank of America needs to do better and we are currently exploring other options since the Branch Manager can't take the time out to call us back.

Glennisha White1Consistently not enough tellers working. Line wait times are ridiculously long, and could be less with more tellers particularly in the early mornings. Consistently an issue. I have been a customer for over a decade. The service was much better when there were more people working. Then you have people the desk tellers who finish with a customer but arent offering to assist those in the line...they all dissappear. The bank has only been open for almost an hour. Management at this branch needs to look at how to improve this process...as I can see my complaints are one of many about the same.

Chares Lenard1This Bank should just shut it's doors. I've been to three different branches of Bank of America in California and the customer service is horrendous to say the least. If you are looking for a Bank to use please choose one of the many others that truly put customers first. They have you wait an undetermined time " never less than 30 minutes" and are rude and discourteous.

Nicole Williams1Consistently bad service! I went to the ATM and deposited cash. instead of the ATM providing a receipt for my transaction, I received a receipt stating they were unable to process my request and cannot return my items and to contact the Electronic Claims Team. Are you serious! I went into the bank and was told they can do nothing. I should call the number. I sat there while someone called. I was then told that I would not be assessed any fees because it was their mistake. This is the same bank that assured me that I would receive a call back regarding my mortgage refinance when rates were at an all time low. I was told this THREE times and there was NEVER any follow up nor a call received. The only time concern was shown was when my mortgage was changed to another lender. Needless, to say , I don't believe a word that anyone at this branch tells me.. I spoke to the claims department and was told that they have 15 business day to process. I am so disgusted with Bank of America that I can't wait to get this resolved and close my account, that I've had for 20 years. Also, I have accounts with Wells Fargo as well and working with that bank is much easier overall!

Fabio Dias1I hate Bank of America! Everytime I go I spend 45min to 1hour! They're always short on staff! Unfortunately I have to use the service once a month...I would never open an account there! Hilltop and Richmond Bank of America sucks! Saturday is the worse day! 😡😡😡😡😡

Brandi VanDolah1This was the worst experience! Line was out the door, they had 2 Tellers working and on a 80 degree day.... no air conditioning??!!! Service is horrible! Tellers act like robots, showing no emotion. It wouldn't hurt to ACT friendly after a customer spends 30 minutes in line.

Luis Serrano Pineda1One 🌟 is the most that I can give, I wish I can give half. My uncle went to deposit cash at the ATM he got ROBBED, while the kids were in the car with her mom, she called the police and they show up an hour after, and till now. No answers, Security cameras NOT WORKING, ARE YOU KIDDING ME...
