  Ricardo Ramos and his team at Platinum Home Mortgage are excellent. They are very efficient and timely. They go out of their way to make sure their clients understand the whole process so they can feel confident in their decisions. I had a great experience because Ricardo's expertise gave me the knowledge needed to successfully obtain a mortgage loan. He works with you from start to finish and even afterwards making sure you are well prepared. Ricardo once told me that what made him happiest in his career was seeing his clients achieve their goals, and this stuck in my mind. I know he is truly passionate about his work and helping his clients and that makes all the difference. I will definitely work with him again and I absolutely recommend Ricardo Ramos and his team if you are looking to buy a property.

  I went through approx. 4 other mortgage companies before I was referred by my Real Estate Professional to Platinum Home Mortgage. I had virtually resigned myself to not being able to afford a home and stop renting. Platinum Home Mortgage worked with me to say in my budget comfort zone and was also able to get me approved for CalFHA assistance. No other Mortgage Company offered this to me. Grace Davis and her team in the Richmond office are amazing. Grace is Wonder Woman! She is extremely professional, to the point and knows her business. I can't tell you how much I appreciate them, words are not enough!

  I don’t usually do reviews, but this group was too amazingly helpful not to. From the beginning Grace did all the work, we just answered questions. She gave us a detailed list of paperwork we needed to gather....from then we just waited for responses. Took a little while because of our personal situation, but her group got us into our new home. They went above and beyond for us, I recommend Grace and her team to everyone looking for a home!! She’ll go out of her way to get you there.

  I had an amazing experience with this office! Everybody was so helpful and patient answering all of my questions. They all provided a ton of advice and did a lot of hand holding with me... always with a smile and a great attitude. The best thing about this office is you get the feeling that everybody there WANTS to help and wants to work with you. My boss happened to be buying a new home in Sacramento at the same time as me... and I had a better rate! I would definitely recommend this office.
