  Finally, a branch that answers their phone and knows how to treat customers! I walked in to get some docs notarized and Ryan helped me right away. Very friendly, professional, and quick! Wells Fargo should send their other branch employees to this branch for some serious customer service training. I will drive the extra few miles to use this branch for all my banking needs!

  Not willing to take a walk in. This is not my branch or city I needed to send a wire it takes 1o to 15 minutes it was over my limit on my app. No way I could make appointment they should have help.

  Really disappointed in the way this location waste my time to receive money out of my own account. My wife recently went through the drive through to withdraw funds. One of the representatives said that she has to come inside to receive money due to her I.D. She showed proof of an alternate I.D at other locations and it was fine. I will not be coming back to this location.

  Its' location is extremely convenient, but can get confusing, if you haven't been here frequently - Use your GPS until you arrive. Parking is always easy. The drive through is usually working & convenient. I've never had to wait very long before being helped (inside or out). The employees are professional, helpful & friendly! I usually do my banking here during Monday-Thursday late morning to early afternoon... I came on a Friday once and ended-up leaving before even going through the door due to traffic they were getting.

  After my last experience this morning I'm seriously considering taking my money to another bank. Not only was I denied cashing my check and forced to withdraw money instead. There was consideration that I wasn't who I said I was even after verifying account info, debit card, and ID. As a customer of over 8 years with an excellent standing account, I've never felt so disrespected. Bank here if you don't mind terrible customer service and lack of service that doesn't let you use your money how you want to.

  This relatively small branch is located in a prime location just west of Downtown. The tellers, customer service & loan representatives, and the managers are all very welcoming in the lobby AND drive thru. I always leave feeling thankful my finances are with a reputable national bank that still maintains that personal service..... e with a reputable, national bank with

  I've been with this bank for two years now and have been most pleased with the customer service and the convenience of all of the online services Wells Fargo offers. Thus far, everyone's been courteous and helpful.

  Although I've been banking with them for over 10 years (with over 1 million in deposits annually), they went out of their way to inconvenience me over a wire transfer. Not happy how they handled it. This is not the first wire transfer I've sent, but it was the most burdensome one. The customer is not right in this branch.

  The absolute worst branch location… The guy at the front with the clipboard checking in people is so miserable that he makes people feel that they should just close their bank accounts entirely and go somewhere else...
