  My husband I had the immense pleasure of working with Melissa from Home Fast Funding on our recent home refinance. She truly went above and beyond to make sure we received the lowest interest rate and payment possible on terms that fit our individual needs. She was extremely thorough in her review of all mortgage documents and communicated with us regularly to keep us updated on where we were in the process. Given her attention to detail and level of communication, there is no one else we would rather work with for any future mortgage needs!

  After having a not so great experience trying to refinance our home through our current lender at the time, we were referred to Melissa with Home Fast Funding. To say she made the process very easy for us would be an understatement. Once we sent her the required documents, she handled everything else from there for us. We managed to drop our payment $300/month, lower our interest rate by 1% and they even sent us a small check back some how! I'd highly recommend this company, specifically Melissa, if you're looking to refinance or purchase a home.

  I worked with Melissa Innella to refinance my mortgage and was very happy with how everything was handled. Melissa is very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining all the options to consider and stayed in communication with me throughout the entire process. At closing everything went exactly as expected, which is a first for me, and was completed in about 10 minutes. I will never use anyone else to help with mortgages again, I strongly recommend Melissa for her professionalism and expertise!

  I worked with Joe to refinance my rental property to take advantage of the today's historically low rates. Joe was extremely helpful in finding a lender who was willing to lend on my property as I had experienced some hurdles with other lenders. We got the clear to close only yesterday and he was able to expedite closing the very next day. I highly recommend working with Joe for all your mortgage needs, he is very knowledgeable, responsive, and he has access to multiple lenders which helps to shop for the best rate!

  My husband and I had a unconventional start to our marriage by living with a family member for several years. Some how, during these unprecedented times, we found ourselves in the market to finally relocate our family. Our realtor Livingstone Gittens owner of Livingstone Realty Inc. partnered my husband and I up with Barry McNab as our Broker. Working with Barry was like working a deal with a family member. He is incredibly personal, educated, and provided service like I've never seen before.   Amazing at how fast I got funded! Joe was always available to speak to and made the home buying process easy. I moved from NC to FL and was not used to FL laws and with Joes knowledge it made my lack there of a pleasure to work with. I would recommend Home Fast Funding to anyone.
