  They do not greet you or treat you like a person. They act like they don't want to do their job or to be there. If you can't answer the phone w a simple hello, you do not deserve my business accounts. So glad I didn't use this useless bank.

  Being a regular customer at this branch since 2002, a little faster service would be better for my husband and I since we own 3 businesses. The staff is great but when you’re busy, you can’t wait 30 minutes to speak to a representative when you go in the lobby, especially around lunch time. Other than that, staff is kind.

  ABSOLUTELY DO NOT PARK IN THE PARKING GARAGE. Spent 40 minutes waiting to allowed out. Was not told prior to paying that I would have to wait until a certain time to leave. Absolutely the worst experience ever. I will not be back ever!!

  I am a Preferred Rewards Customer. You need to update and correct the hours of operation for this location. This locations banking service is completely closed down. I wasted time and effort getting to this location. This is just plain lack of customer service!

  Very disrespectful. I ask for a replacement card she said in nasty way it gonna be more then 45 mins I can let you take cash out . First of all I lost my bank card. The the girl at the front desk said that everyone make appoint . I said some of have to work . I have a lost card she talked to me like I was trash very bad customer service . Bank America I would clean some house . I’ve been to a-lot of branches these ladies are disrespectful & think there better then everyone. They need to keep in mind they would not have a pay check if it wasn’t for there customer. You might be in a beautiful building downtown Tampa to bad the staff don’t have class . Customer service 101.

  DO NOT USE BANK OF AMERICA!!!!!! I have been a loyal customer for 15 years with this bank. Last year, they attempted to fraudulently let UHAUL steal $120.00 out of my account. When they declined my reported charge back, I threatened to close the account and take my $30,000 somewhere else. They immediately recanted and gave me my money back. Fast forward to early this week. Someone hacked into my account from a gas skimmer apparently, and used my card at Disney/Universal Studios for $600. I filed a fraud claim a few months ago and without a letter or cause, they withdrew the money out of my account and now refuse to help me. I closed the account and have since began banking with Mid Florida. I will spread this word to every customer, Facebook friend and acquaintance that Bank of America is almost as worse as Wells Fargo when it comes to fraud. They stole my money twice and don't care. They lost a long time customer.

  If I could rate this zero stars I would. Management was so unhelpful. But Bank of America as a whole is worthless. Riddle me this... how is it I, primary owner for 17 years, cannot change my last name with supporting documents without my 16 year old son! I’ll show up with my son next time.... only to close this account. This is exactly why they are not my primary bank! Horrible!

  My. Father passed away suddenly back on Feb 2nd. My sister and myself were on Dads Bank of America checking and savings account. We immediately provided paperwork and death certificate and proper paperwork almost 1 week later. We also had the proper beneficiary deeds in place too. Bank of America then ensued a nightmare, Thet messsed up and lost my Dads death certificate. They have lost everything and has made retrieving my Dads Savings and checking as hard as possible. Bank of America keeps apologizing, but they have bumbled things so bad, they were not delivering on my Fathers money that rightfully belonged to us. Last week, my Sister had to basically fight with them on the phone for a whole day, and they told her they would overnight mail both my Sisters and my checks that day. My sister got her half the next day, but I never got my half. After a few days later of not receiving my half. I called them and they said they snail mailed my checks. 7 days later, and I still have not received my checks and no one can tell me where my half of the money is. It is hard enough emotionally to lose my Father, but for Bank of America to lose my share and not be able to pay for his funeral is absolutely pathetic, and emotionally distressing. Bank of America is ok big to care about a it’s customers, and to withold money from a deceased parent in which alll paperwork was provided and I was on the account itself, to simply tell me to wait for a check and over 7 business days passes is absolutely despicable. Then to receive a form letter saying how Bank of America is sorrry for me losing my loved one makes me sick. People ..... please find another bank. Don’t let BoA hold you money hostage or lose your money upon death. Absolutely Unacceptable.

  Worst bank ever!! Do not do business with these idiots. No one is empowered to help. "I don't care" attitudes. They bilk you out of your hard earned money every way from Sunday. Go to any other bank and you will better off.

  Trying to speak with an associate, but unable to. My son has not loved at my address, but still gets his bank statements here. I am unable to send change to BoA. Not good service from bank. No choices for what I need. Poor service.
