  Ive been a member for over 7 years now. I have probably banked with over 6 banks in my lifetime and I can tell you that I have never received the exceptional service and care that This bank and its staff has provided me. I go into the branch and everyone knows my name and go out of their way to say hello and take care of me. Super personable and helpful. I’m very appreciative of Ashley and her entire team there. I wont bank with anyone else.

  Ashley Shipley has been the best contact I have ever experienced with Trax which used to be Railroad Industrial CC. We have been doing business with them for over 20 years we have all of our auto, recreational and loans through Trax. She is such an asset to your company. She has very strong communication skills and follows up immediately. Her sense of urgency when it comes to customer service is top notch. Thank you Ashley for all you have assisted us with in the past few years.

  I’ve been with this bank for over 5years unfortunately it has gone off the tracks. I spoke with a teller Linore over the phone and she was condescending and rude. All I had were some simple questions about my account from a teller not someone who believes it’s okay to talk to people rudely. Instead I think I’ll just go with a bank that actually politely answers a customers concerns. What a joke Trax, get better staff and policies cause you just lost an account. Stay away folks. Get a better bank.

  I love this credit union!!!! We got stranded in our RV driving from Florida to Texas and Ashley helped arrange a loan for us to get the repairs and get back on the road!!! My kids all have accounts, I refer people all the time! I kept my accounts even after moving out of Florida!!!

  They are supposed to be open 9am-12pm Saturdays. Sitting here in my car and no one here. Its 9:20 AM-!!!! This bank is so bad.

  The new young girl with the black hair is BEAUTIFUL!! I think she works drive threw on the weekends but that’s about it
