Cameron Taylor1I understand the needs for banks to validate the authenticity of a check before Willy nilly cashing it. But once you do your due diligence it should be cashed post haste! This deliberate lack of customer service is gross and a misuse of your authority as a banking institution. You say my balance is low people pay bills and have other expenses never mind I’m married with 5 kids. I will never walk into this branch location again. Soon I won’t be banking here either good riddance and don’t patronize your members it’s the lowest form of insult and should be done away with! I should add about the check in question the same the same was used to open my account at this branch they held for I think 5-9 days and I’ve used them at other branches so to come to my “home” bank and be treated less than anyone else is rude and I won’t tolerate it! Waited 15 minutes spoke to the branch manager and she cashed them because there was no issue, but why should I be made to feel like I am doing something wrong when I attempt to utilize the services offered at my financial institution?

T Thy1Terrible customer service. We made an appointment the day prior. Upon arrival, the front desk personnel wanted to turn us away. She said Claudia was with someone and we did not make an appointment and wanted to make us come back. This is the second time we were turned away from a branch. Called the manager to complain but did not receive a call back. Very unprofessional. Worst customer service. I would consider switching banks although I’ve been with them for over 15 years.

poppy00901The banker I met was rude. I came in with a question about my credit account, and he looked at me like I was speaking another language. The rude banker was quick and told me that their location rarely deals with Wells Fargo credit accounts. I’ll never go back to this location.

Steve Pugh1Less than stellar, changed hour for Covid, drive thru only. Employees are there hours before opening can at least light up lanes to be open so people arent circling building. Simple thinking ahead avoids confusion and frustration.

Travis Johnson Jr1Have a bank account but you did not want to open up my bank account which doesn't make sense. Than after 5 mins after I said "I'm going to close my account than". Than she said she will look it up. Just rud. Changing backs after 5 years
