Jovonna Trinh1Everytime I come to this Wells Fargo I feel extremely uncomfortable because of the staff and the customers there. I am constantly treated as lesser than and disregarded. The security guard in front of the store treats me with no respect and frequently is off task and unprofessional. He is very unkind and the staff is very unwilling to help you.

Priscilla E1Went in to do a business deposit waited in line for 30mins. The teller (Alvin) was very slow and made me late for my doctors appt. They need to have more than one teller for the business line that way they don’t get behind. Should have quicker service maybe they would have happier customers

Jessica Gaytan1I had five straight deposits to make, one merchant and other four personal. All with checks no cash. The Teller (Yesenia) at the drive thru was very slow. Called and asked if there was a problem and she stated there were others ahead of me (which was not true) then proceeded to still take a while. I called in again and she had the audacity to lie to me saying she was “doing me a favor” in handling my transactions. Wow what a joke. I guess she did not realize I was a Teller Supervisor so I know the rules. Well I immediately called and spoke with the Branch Manager. He was very gracious and apologetic for his employees behavior. I am confident he handled the situation. She was completely out of line and needs to be re-trained. Although the Branch Manager was very professional and understanding I will be taking my business to a different Wells Fargo. Very disappointing customer service and I will also inform others I know to do the same.

steve zimpelman1I have had them as a bank for 20 years and every time I go to the bank they never fail to disappoint. Everything is made more difficult and unnecessarily difficult. It’s no surprise Wells Fargo is constantly under going leadership changes. Hopefully one day they’ll get it right. Wellsfargo needs worry less about stealing from the customers and worry more about pleasing customers. Perhaps I’m dreaming.

Vanessa U1Do not bank here!! I wish I could give them 0 stars. The customer service here is the worst I have ever experienced!!! Every single day it’s a new rule/new requirement with this branch, but funny how other branches are not this way. I have been going here for many years giving them the benefit of the doubt and thinking oh maybe they just had a bad day but no! It’s so unfortunate. The bankers at the 22nd and 6th branch are so much nicer and professional! I went here after being told they couldn’t help me at the drive thru At ajo with my deposits, and guess what the nice people at 22nd branch were able to help me AT THE DRIVE THRU. You would think after so many bad reviews corporate would figure out that something is wring with this branch. Very disappointing..

I've been with WF for over 14 years, and never had a security personnel ask me about my finances. Hope you read my message and let the security guard know his duties

Melanie Paredes1Tellers are way to slow, and specially the ones at the drive thru they don’t know what they are doing, always doing my deposits wrong and deposit it on another one of my accounts even if I bring the card I wanted deposited in and eve if I tell them to deposit it on my business account!!! This has messed up my way of showing my income!!!!!

Beatriz Parada1I've had nothing but problems at this location, if I could give them a 0 stars I will, they make it VERY hard to do any banking. Go to Valencia/Midvale location instead they are much nicer there.Stay away from floor manager (America)she is as rude as can be and not helpful at all!!
