  This was my favorite Wells Fargo in the entire area, this branch was "real" unlike some of the others I've been in recently, and unfortunately they're closing their doors :( like many others Corey "the long hair guy" was my banker, he always fixed my problems and now he's at Canopy. I'll end up going there just because of the service I received over the years from him, if he chose that credit union I'm sure it was for good reason. Cheers Wells, but I'm loyal to stellar customer service.

  My banker was Corey. He is amazing, professional, knowledgeable in all banking aspects. He helped immensely when I opened my account and continues to help with ongoing questions or problems. it's been difficult having my branch close during 19, hope they reopen soon.

  Corey was amazing, treated me like family and made sure I had the best experience possible! He was very knowledgeable and really knew how to explain everything to me in ways I could understand. I definitely found my go-to branch. Thank you to Corey and everyone in the Spokane Valley branch!

  I just moved to Spokane Wa. I have my accounts at Wells Fargo where I was from. I met Courtney B. as my personal banker. She is a delight to work with. She goes above and beyond. She welcomed me with open arms and made me feel comfortable. She always has a smile on her face and is very pleasant to talk to. She is very knowledgeable with banking product and Courtney helped me find that best accounts for me. I will and have recommend her to others. Thank you for having a great team also. Every one is so nice at this branch in Safeway store.

  I needed to deposit a few hundred dollars, in cash, into my checking account today. Had not used this Wells Fargo before, located inside Safeway, and never will again! I had sent my sister, who also banks with Wells Fargo, into deposit my cash along with my banking card. The girl who waited on her rudely told her bc of their policy she could not deposit cash into my account and that she should take MY card from her. My sister explained to her that she also banked with them and I had just gotten my baby to sleep in the car. She did not care. I had to wake up my baby and go inside. She was very rude to me and said bc pf their new fraud policy she could not allow my sister to make the transaction. I do not understand and it was CASH for goodness sakes!!! What is fraudal about that!? I've banked with wells fargo for ten years and have never been treated this way. I will never use this particular wells fargo ever again and I may even close my account if this is true that they no longer allow this. Horrible customer service though.

  The worst customer service I've ever encountered. The "Manager" Joseph couldn't manage a zip trip let alone a credit union. I went in to cash a check that was written from Wells Fargo and they charged me $7.50? Not only have bank fees gotten out of hand but $7.50 for a check written from one of their members that's been with them for almost 20 years? It wasn't a two party check, it was a pay check. Hind site.....I would've been charged less and treated better at Wal-Mart.....steer clear of this unprofessional and money hungry company.

  It's a shame that this location is closed during COVID-19 precautions. This was our favorite branch and all of the staff here are great to work with.

  I can’t remember his last name but my bankers name was Corey he has long hair, he is very intelligent very professional and excellent at customer service I could not be happier with the service I received from him 👍🏻👍🏻
