  Great staff. They need auto door opener for people like myself . So i can utilize atm on weekends. Otherwise staff is very helpful and opened up the door for me.

  Why open an ATM only when there is a full-service Bank less than a mile away. Not quite sure what the point of of this location when they could use resources and pay salaries for a regular branch. I don't need help to use an ATM.

  Very nice branch and Christopher was great. He exactly knew what I wanted and assisted me with care and affection. Highly recommend.

  I didn't read the review before I went. I was looking for a teller, this 'branch" only has ATM's. Luious said he could assist me at the ATM's. I said no, that I wanted a human being to process my unusually large transaction. He again said I can assist you and I started shaking my head, I really don't want to use an ATM for this transaction. He then said "You're shaking your head while I'm trying to assist you, that is very rude". I'm sorry, who's the customer here? I said, 'if you think that's rude, check this out', then walked out the door. I've been their customer since 1994, and never have been treated like that. This mall location isn't helping, at all.

  This isn't a real branch! There are ATM's and a lady arguing with you that you can use the machines for deposits, no thank you. Another strike against Wells Fargo, it's getting more difficult to do business while traveling.

  This is only a “digital branch”. Not sure what that means, but wasn’t useful in my quest to get quarters for my laundry 😭
