Probably the best branch I've been to since I've been banking with Wells Fargo. The wait times are reasonable for the location. I came in a while back to open a joint checking and my banker informed us of a pretty funny (slightly dark) story relating to the painting above the tellers. We believed him... I came back a few months later to open another checking, this time with a different banker (who by the way was friendly, personable, and all around a cool person.) One of the others that was there with me asked a branch manager in passing about the story of the painting, but he seemed to not know what she was talking about. After I filled in the banker that we were working with at the moment, we come to find the author of the story is the branch comedian and made it up. It had us laughing for quite a bit. Point of the story here is, this branch is different than the others. There is an obvious balance between work and fun here. I hope the branch manager will agree this is a good thing. As a customer, this is the type of banking I'm looking for. Not the corporate professional boring stuff that makes going to the bank feel like a chore.

The banker man was polite. The teller, Eleni Bligiannos, was wonderful & extremely helpful & smart. My bank card expired, but I needed cash, as I had none, was on vacation, & had to pay a barber that just cut my hair & that only accepted cash payment. She helped me & also told me how I can help myself with the app. & How I can earn more interest on my money in their bank! She was professional , polite, & intelligent.

My Mom banked with Wells Fargo long before it was even called by that name. I believe it was First Union Bank. She was of a generation that believed in certificate of deposits and tried her best to be sure her grandchildren and great-grandchildren were each given one even though their value was very low. Her savings unfortunately depleted as care was needed... After she passed, I was left with the responsibility of trying to organize what remained. A Wells Fargo Bank employee by of the name of Fielding Miller helped above and beyond. He was professional, polite and caring. A definite asset to Wells Fargo. At this time when my siblings and I are trying to decide on how to proceed, you can be sure Mr. Miller has given us cause to stay. My thanks to him and to Wells Fargo Bank for having such dedicated individuals working with them.

These lazy slobs are arrogant, rude, and hostile towards customers. They act like they are royalty and you are a peasant bothering them. Wells Fargo pays no interest on my company's checking accounts. But we always keep the balance as low as possible due to the nasty staff, so it is not as if we are losing a fortune compared to the .5% less taxes that we could be earning annually. Two extra stars for the convenient locations, especially this one.

I hardly ever come inside the branch because of time restriction but I needed to take care of some business that required more than a teller experience. I was FORCED in the teller line by the “greeter” who made it ALL worse with his attitude. I am considering closing my business accounts and encouraging others in my association to do the same. You would think that after the scandals, they would invest in a better customer service training program... it’s the LEAST they could do...

When you walk in people are poised to waylay you to inquire about "What brings you in today?" As if that intrusion wasn't annoying enough, if you're fortunate enough to walk in without being accosted bya town crier, when you get to the teller's window, you'll find two annoyed-looking "suits" eyeing you as they stand behind the teller, waiting to hear, "What brought you in today?" and acting as though you're there to hold the place up. The whole affair is extremely annoying. Wells Fargo locations all over seem to have this public relations disaster approach. Between your public persona of dishonest shenanigans all over the news and your inept public relations teams, your ripe for loss of customers.

The Wells Fargo clerk served me friendly and quickly. He closed all of my question and determined my favorite NHL team. A lot of thanks. I am sure they did their job.
