Chelsea Rhoden1Filled out a fraud form back in July/August because there was 100$ missing from my account that was charged in Philadelphia (never even been there) and they never submitted the form to the fraud department. I called last week to the fraud department and they said it was never filed. Called the manager of this location (like I was instructed to do) and was left on hold for over an hour just to be hung up on. Never bank with them they 100% do not care about their members.

Tracee Weatherspoon1Never should have changed to wellby or whatever they calling themselves its garbage truly it takes forever to get to live agent and on top of it you go thru all this different press 1 of this 1 for that like really. I've been with JSCFCU for over 10 years and have never had any issues like this. I have switched banking and didnt want to because I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt of sucking but nothing has changed.

porfirio cuevas1horrible service by the unexperienced loan officer Nicklet Howell. no communication at all and ignored all my calls. she's confused and still can't close a deal. took my business else were.

Belinda Barrera1Not enough lanes open to accommodate the customers. There is at least two to three cars in line per lane. And the fourth lane is only used for "new" members who are opening an account (No sign displayed, your just suppose to know). For regular members get in line in any of the other three lanes. As I was so nicely told to do so this morning by the lady in the red dress who was snapping and pointing her fingers at cars to move to different lanes. Not the best customer service. A physical sign would be helpful to designate the lane and its use. Work on your customer service lady. Or at least talk to the customer like a human not an animal.

Alicia Zamora1This bank has the longest wait at the drive thru! I've sat waiting for more that 30 min, with 5+ cars behind me. Its ridiculous to have this amount of time spent waiting in the line if that's what they want you to use!

Jordan Davis1Been to this credit union a couple times for the shared credit union to credit union network, I should add that I’ve never been blown away by my experience any other time but you would think during these troubling times with county lockdowns and restrictions with travel a credit union wouldn’t abruptly shut down the credit union to credit union transactions. But companies stupidity and laziness for employees really continues to blow my mind. Will never do any sort of business here again.
