      I have used credit unions since 1988. Most of them seem focused on helping the customer and providing smooth transactions and service. This place is just the worst CU I have ever dealt with. Bar none. Problems with their communication during car loan process and overall just a hassle to deal with. Challenge them on why something needs to happen and you will be told you can call customer service if you have more questions. While dealing with them in-person. I’ll be pulling all of my loans and business and searching elsewhere. You’d do well to keep shopping if you are considering this location or credit union.

      The drive thru ALWAYS takes forever. A simple withdrawal will take 20 minutes... and that’s waiting after you send the tube.

      Terrible bank. Rude staff. Not helpful as a credit union. Period. They made internal mistakes and refuse to remove them from my report. No Bueno!

      The worst credit union ever. Sends me a new card that is not compatible with Apple and knows it. Then has the gall to tell me to call Apple and fix it myself. I’m leaving this place. Terrible customer service!!!

      I just don't know what to say apply for a credit card 2 months ago the first time I had to wait 10 business days didn't receive the card card went to old address my PIN number come to new address so I saw hey had fixed that problem well I gave the lady all my information but she did not have the card ordered so now I have to wait another 11 days very undependable if you ask me first-time account with ACU very disappointed
