  I walked through the entire location. Stopped and looked at several items including a gun in the display case. The sales people looked unamused. I showed interest in 3 items. They still didn’t acknowledge me. They kept trying to amuse one man that looked annoyed. I walked out after 20-30 minutes. As I left I said if someone would have said something to me I would be buying some merchandise. My dark skin was an obvious deterrent to their business.

  Bought a Benchmade bugout as brand new from here, where they claim to be a Benchmade stocking dealer. The knife was fake and I took it back and they offered to buy it back for less than half of my purchase price and when I told them it was fake the manager brushed me off. Would recommend against buying knives from here or just buyer beware.

  Recently I bought a seiko wacht for around $300.00 set in layaway. Couple payments and went to paid off. Soon I started wearing it. Glass will fog .I took it back just to see what they said.. lady in counter said. Well water getting in. Take it to a jewelry..No sence at all for costumer service. Stay away from there business people

  Easily some of the best service and people that I've encountered at a Pawn Shop. I've been going here for years and have only gotten A-1 Service. I continue to get things from there....

  The worst place to do business. Took almost an hour to get a loan and I was the only one in the store. Three employees and two were standing around doing absolutely nothing.

  I usually leave positive reviews! I would leave 0 stars here if I could. 2 years I bought an overpriced bike from them out of necessity and they refused to air up the tires after I saw they were low. Then recently, they sold a dear friend of mine a faulty product he paid $1,200.00 for and told him it was his problem when he brought it back the same day with a receipt. This place needs to clean house. Primarily management. MANAGEMENT PLEASE DO NOT REACH OUT TO ME. If the owner cares (and I doubt they do if they employ these people) I will speak to you. I won’t hold my breath.

  Not very helpful or concerned about customer service. Tried to use them for an FFL transfer. They would not compromise with the other dealer about sharing information. Neither dealer would give up their information first. All I asked was to leave their information on a fax machine, no can do. They told me to find someone else.

  WORST PAWN SHOP EVER. THEY SHOULD CHANGE THEIR NAME TO RIP OFF ARTISTS. First, I should have gone to a real jewelry store instead of a wanna be. I bought a ring as a Christmas gift. It was way to big. We drove an hour and a half to get back to this place and they said all sales are final. I didnt want a refund, I just wanted to exchange. I brought more money as I did anticipate having to pay the difference. They didnt even give a thought to letting me exchange. The manager said, your receipt says all sales are final.!??? You wont know this until they give you the receipt and you have to pay before you get a receipt.... right? No one ever said all sales arre final and there are NO signs saying all sales are final in the store. Your loss, I had an additional $1000.00 bucks to spend on the difference. Ii would eject you from my place of business should any of you come in. NOT WELCOME EVER.. B.B.B , your next for them. I gave one star because it was the lowest I could give.

  This place is ridiculas!! My friend dropped am ice cream on accident outside the car after the wan was rude and she came out yelling at her to pick it up when it was an accident and threatened to call the cops if she didn't pick it up. Never had such a bad experience and seen such poor customer service as what I witnessed here today. Wouldn't even given it one star. Seriously ruined my day. Hope she slips and falls on the baskin and robins and suffocated. You can't conduct business in that manner. Plus she said the fold charm was prolly stolen. Sorry man you're the real thief.

  visited this pawn shop today March 21st 2020. I visited looking to purchase a firearm with a fairly decent amount of cash on hand ,accompanied by my wife. Never was I greeted or asked if I needed any help when standing at the firearms for several minutes. I left and took my money elsewhere.
