  Great experience and easy to work with. I found Jim to be upfront and honest. Getting the loan for the SDAM could have only gone smoother if I had been faster on my end. Jim and his team are extremely responsive. I am very happy to have had the opportunity to do business with Weldon Financial.

  I've turned to Jim Tondelli for mortgages for more than 15 years... most recently last week. Jim's helpful, supportive and fair. He keeps his word. I've been building custom homes for most of my life. Would rather work with Jim than most any bank and I've worked with a bunch of them.

  Have worked on a couple loans with them. These were not your run of the mill loans. They were complicated transactions that required some intricate negotiations and inventive thinking. They have been amazingly easy to work with. Fast and straightforward communication.

  This institution and their clients J. Brandon family trust charged me a late fee knowing the loan was going to be paid in full within 10 days!!! They did this during the covid crisis knowing I was out of work ! Horrible ! They ended up giving me half the late payment back??? Why ? Because I’m sure they really needed my $111.00 dollars ..... well my family did need that money Just disgusting really

  We serviced a loan that are contracts between two parties. One party paid 21 days after the due date. The other party we thought was generous giving her back half the late fee.
