Great bank, friendly staff. This is the epitome of your local bank. They know you by name, they never rip you off with fees. I have all my personal and business accounts with them and always recommend them.

After a myriad of small issues, I closed my business accounts with Webster Five. Then I noticed that a charge was not only still allowed through, but debited to a personal account that had never been connected to the business accounts, didn't have a debit card connected to it or any ACH payments. And then of course an overdraft fee, for an unused account being in the negative. This of course was completely unauthorized, and likely illegal. Take your money elsewhere. I moved my accounts to Rockland Trust, and DCU, and have been happy since.
