  My husband and I were referred to Ryan Mohamed at Drew Mortgage when we first started thinking of buying a house in 2021. As first time homebuyers, we had a lot of questions and wanted to get a good read on our financial situation in terms of home-buying. Ryan explained everything very thoroughly, encouraged questions, and was very fast to respond to emails or phone calls. Whether it was running the numbers on a house we wanted to offer on or getting our mortgage papers together after having our offer accepted, Ryan was there for support every step of the way.   Ryan was a pleasure to work with from the beginning to the end of the home buying process. As first-time homebuyers, we were very hesitant about the process, and had many questions. Our realtor referred us to work with Ryan and from the first phone call, we knew working with him was the right decision! Ryan has immense knowledge of the mortgage and home-buying process and was willing to take the time to thoroughly explain the entire thing, preparing us for what we could expect, and answering all of our questions (including ones we didn't even know we had!). Ryan was very responsive when we reached out to him with inquiries about the estimated costs associated with homes we were going to tour, and went the extra mile to reach out with any details he noticed that could become problematic in this competitive market. When we got an offer accepted, he immediately got to work on finalizing the details of our mortgage and made what can otherwise be an extremely stressful situation as stress-free as possible.   Drew Mortgage was beyond exceptional to work with!
