  David and his team were extremely knowledgeable and experienced with the whole process. When my wife and I were first time home buyers we found Shamrock. David and his team helped us find the right loan for us, but most importantly David helped us learn and understand the process as first time home buyers. We loved David and the Shamrock team so much! That we just went through the whole process again with them when we wanted to find a larger home for our family. Highly recommend.

  David was fantastic to work with doing my refinance! He was patient with all my questions, and very honest and knowledgeable with his answers. I am self employed, so mine was not the easiest transaction for him, but he talked me through every step of the way. Every person I spoke to at Shamrock from his assistant to underwriting was wonderful. I would give more than 5 stars if I could!

  We worked with David Bremer to refinance our home and he was able to lock us in quickly at the best rate (2.5%), which took hundreds of dollars off our existing mortgage. David was very responsive to any questions we had and was available at all hours. He went above and beyond our expectations. If you are in the market for a mortgage or want to refinance, I highly recommend David. You won't find a nicer, more qualified person who really cares about his clients.

  We had been out of the housing market for 2 decades, so we had forgotten many of the "Ins & outs" of buying a house. David Bremer was an incredible resource that made the finding, selection, financing and closing sequence unbelievably smooth. He always made time to meet when we had questions and guided us with his extensive knowledge of the industry.
