  Very nice dealership. The sales man I worked with Rob Knowles was very professional, but personable. We worked on the deal prior to me driving up there so we could get a feel for expectations, worked with me on 2 trades and even came and picked up the second one for me after driving home in my new truck so I didn't have to make a ton of trips! He was persistent in making the deal work when I initially walked away but not bothersome and let me make my decision in my own time. Highly recommend Rob!

  Tavion has outstanding customer service skills. Very patient and waited for me and my family to come for 2 days, we ended up making a deal somewhere else for a truck that better accommodated our familys needs and budget. However Tavion was still checking on us, making sure that he would be ready for our family when we got there, he treated our time as important. Thank you Tavion!

  Rob Knowles was our salesperson that helped us when we bought a used BMW there and was awesome through out the whole process. I recently had knee surgery and I couldn't drive the new car home so he followed us home which was a 2 hour round trip drive for him which was great 👍. Great service by Rob and the Way Scarff dealership.

  Love the sales and finance team, Robert is a great guy to work with. Not impressed with the commercial service department and will be choosing another dealerships commercial service department to handle our fleet needs from here on out. Was told the service would be completed that day and ready for pick up. Waited to hear from them and nothing. Called first thing the next morning to find out it hadn’t even been started. Finally received a call back at 11 am saying that the truck was almost done just needed to have some filters replace and would be good to go. Showed up 3 hours later to pick up my truck and it still wasn’t done. Paper work was still sitting in the box. 30 minutes later we were finally on our way.
