      Do NOT waste your money here! We opened a small savings account to buy pesos for our yearly Cancun trip. We did not use this account to buy pesos since our 2020 trip was cancelled due to Covid. Last September we received a statement from Wells Fargo stating our $461 was turned over to the state. I spent hours on the phone just to be given a series of disconnected 800 numbers. We finally found the website to look for Wa state unclaimed property and 4 months later, our money is not posted. Wells Fargo is shady and we are furious they “lost” our $461.

      The one time per year that I visit this location, it was 'temporarily' closed on a Saturday. The Internet said it was open but of course.........A trash branch in a trash city, my expectations were too high I guess.

      I had to meet a gentleman who drove in from Issaquah while I came from Olympia to get something notarized. It was at 2:00 p.m. when one of the staff had me take a seat by 2:10 p.m. the staff member said that the only notary was the manager who was almost done with people at her desk. Instead of giving us 5 minutes to notarize a rental agreement She said she couldn't help us for she had to leave. Having several accounts with Wells Fargo, I find this to be very Disappointing news. So I went over to KeyBank 2 blocks away, where I happen to have a business account. KeyBank was more than happy to give me said 5 minutes of time to notarize. KeyBank now has 4 stars out of 5 whereas I give Wells Fargo now one star down from 3.5 stars . So dissatisfied so disappointed in this branch manager who turned me down so disappointing

      There is 8 stations at this branch. Only 2 tellers working 45 min in line to make deposit. I can understand if this was one time. The only reason why I’m leaving this review Is because this is a constant problem. If you are not going to fix your ATM. At least raise the limit on daily mobile deposits. It’s 2021 hat a waste of my time.

      Went on today to make a deposit and get some quarters to wash.. Kenya I believe that was her name, helped me with everything in a kind and professional manner. One of the reason I'll be with Wells Fargo cause of the amazing service they have here. Thank you so much

      Had to go into bank, in-person required. It was not good. Management had no care for it's patrons or employees. No one asked what we needed. No kind requests for distancing from other patrons or for tellers. Lady in front of me was distancing herself six feet. I did same. Another patron came in and stood directly behind me. I moved away, he got behind me again. I said to him I'm trying to stand away from you if you don't mind. I moved a distance away and he stayed where he was. Governor wants people to isolate. I had to be in the bank. My teller was nice. I stayed further back from him as well. Unlike other patrons at the counters. Breathing on the tellers. It was absolutely appalling that the bank does not listen to what the governor of the state is asking of businesses. Putting their patrons and staff at risk. Shameful and sickening (literally sickening, not even attempting to slow the spread of the virus). Thanks for not making it available for me to do my banking business online. Appalling business. And I used to enjoy going to this bank branch. I've recommended their tellers. Not recommending anymore until they get their act together, for the whole of the community.

      I have been a loyal customer for years and I am very happy with the service I've had over the years. I would definitely recommend this bank to anyone who wants to open a new account or apply for loans. Great place for small business owners like myself to get the right type of business account you need to manage your assets and monetary transactions.
