  Brian and his team were great to work with. We were moving out of state and were working with an offer acceptance letter for my new job to buy our new home. Brian and his team took care of everything and helped us close a 25 day escrow. They were always on top of things, communicated clearly on what was needed, and provided constant updates of where we were in the process. They also explained the whole process for us as we were first time home buyers and were always willing to answer any of our questions. I would 100% recommend them and will definitely use them again!

  Brian was incredibly professional, during our interaction it was very clear he was focused on getting us the best loan possible. There was one conversation in particular that highlighted Brian has taken the time to learn his industry and out. He proactively reached out when a couple indicators signaled likely rate hikes to make sure we were able to lock in our rate in time - 2 days later rates jumped up. Brian’s dedication to his clients is unparalleled, should we ever need to refinance or make a new home purchase, Brian you will be my first call. Thank you for everything!

  We had a great experience with Brian and the whole Waterstone team. When we encountered a couple of the hurdles (every one of these processes is bound to have a few) the team had great solutions and helped keep our purchase moving smoothly and quickly. They did a great job keeping us informed as we moved through each step. The service was professional and personal, and I always knew I could reach out with any questions or concerns along the way. I'll be using them next time... and every time.

  Brian and his team at Waterstone were amazing in every aspect. Everything went incredibly smooth because of their professionalism and forward planning throughout the mortgage process. I got a great rate and had zero worries from opening to closing. This is the second time I’ve gone through Brian for a home loan, and I don’t have a single complaint on either one.

  We want to thank Brian Kimbell and his amazing team of professionals at Waterstone Mortgage. Our refinance went smoothly and quickly. They took care of everything ahead of time to make sure once our file went to the underwriters, we had no issues. We would for sure use them again if we are shopping for a mortgage.   Having worked In the real estate industry for nearly 20 years I have seen it all. Mortgages and housing is what I do everyday, so I was completely prepared for what was coming. The entire purchase process was rough, but by no fault of the bank. The purchase I made was held up in probate court, and in the meantime I had several other purchases happening in unison. The team Brian has put together was pure class, and their attention to detail were the only reason we made it to the finish line. Couldn’t be happier with the service I was provided, as this was not a cut and dry situation. Hoping to once again have the opportunity to use them for a mortgage in my future! 5 STARS!

  I recently purchased my second home with Waterstone Mortgage and I can't speak highly enough about my originator, Brian Kimball, and his team. As a self employed individual attempting to purchase a home during Covid, there are a million little complexities to obtaining a mortgage. With that said, Waterstone went above and beyond to make the process as simple as possible. Their platform for data collection makes providing information extremely easy and their team is always in constant communication to let you know where you stand in the process. Recently, Brian helped us navigate a messy refi that at one point we didn’t think could happen. Thanks to the persistence and experience of Brian and his team, they were able to jump through the necessary hoops to make our refi happen.   Brian and his team are professional, patient with me, and over the top in explaining step-by-step what our loan looks like. With no hidden fees our loan figure was exactly what he quoted. If you are looking for a team that cares about you, quick to reply to any and all questions and puts together for you the best deal than Brain is your man. He did our original home loan and refinance saving us quite a bit on both.

  I am a realtor who refers my clients to Brian Kickball and I was just recently a CUSTOMER with Brian through the process of getting a loan to purchase a home. As you may, or may not know, the approval process for a self employed individual such as myself - can be quite dynamic vs W2'd... Brian was able to effectively and directly explain to me what was required of me as a borrower, then turned my loan to clear to close status in, I think... 19 DAYS? Maybe it was 21... but honestly... 19-21 days in the midst of 2 holidays with a self employed buyer where in all else delays are expected?! Not with Brian and his team! Now I'm rambling... Brian is a prime example of a person who loves what they do, they do it well, knows a heck of a lot about their industry, and effort is unmatched! THANKS BRIAN YOU MADE ME AND MY HUSBAND VERY HAPPY PEOPLE THIS THANKSIGIVNG WEEK 🦃 Can't wait to work together more. 10/10!
