  Keith purchased my home in knoxville and made it such an easy process. 🙌 I can not say enough good things about Keith and his partner. They took care of everything all we had to do was sign and get a check. If you are looking for the easiest possible way to sell your house stress free you should definitely call on them. He waited for months patiently while we found the new home to buy without any pressure.

  When trying to find a way to sell my home due to a divorce and the need to sell as easily as possible and move out of town quickly to be near family due to ongoing health problems, I contacted Keith at East TN Home Buyers, and he and Cindy quickly worked to offer a very reasonable contract for my home. They also understood I would have to find another home out of town before I could move out of my current home and were very accommodating time wise for this to happen. It was nice to be able to move without worrying about preparing for showings or doing any cosmetic repairs. All I had to was was pack and move! They were very helpful all the way around, and I highly recommend them if you have the need to sell your home.
