  We bought a house virtually in another state and got lucky to find Michele when we needed a loan like, yesterday! Michele was a pleasure to work with every step of the way. She was very responsive, organized, professional, and knowledgeable. She responded to texts and emails within minutes which kept the process moving along without any hiccups. Without her, I doubt we would have closed on time. I would highly recommend Michele to anyone looking for a mortgage broker and we’ll certainly be working with her again!

  We had Diane she was absolutely amazing 😁 We did not have a typical home loan process lol I am pretty sure we hit every mountain on the way but she made sure to give us a detailed explanation on everything going on. She was very knowledgeable of her job and she is definitely there to help you!!! You can absolutely tell she is caring of her clients!!10/10 Recommend for sure!!!!

  Working with Marité Perez was a dream! She explained everything to me, was very responsive, and found a program that met all of my needs.   I can't say enough positive things about my experience with First Community. The whole team made me feel as though I was their most important client. The communication and willingness to help was nothing short of the best. This was my first home buying experience and my loan officer was Damian Garbiras. He made things go more smoothly than I could have ever hoped for. I would recommend First Community Mortgage to anyone looking for an honest, trustworthy mortgage company.
