  Amazing experience with Mr Aaron from Waterstone Mortage. Mr Aaron was amazing at helping me and my fiance finance our first home. The process was easy and Mr Aaron was always there to answer all of our questions and all of our concerns. We got an amazing deal for our home and it was all thanks to Mr Aaron.

  I was referred to Tammy at Waterstone by financial advisor Scott Johnson from Ameriprise. They were both instrumental in the purchase of my new home. Tammy was careful to review my specific financial situation and explain each of my options thoroughly. I was able to close early with her assistance.

  Highly recommend Barry Botwin & Waterstone Mortgage. They made this process very smooth for us. We got weekly status updates on where we were at with our mortgage and provided information on what to expect as next steps. I never had to wonder where things were at because of their consistent communication. There is a lot to do when buying a house and having a mortgage company like this makes everything so much easier.

  John and his team did a great job of ensuring that my family was able to get the loan we needed for our dream home! They kept us up to speed throughout the loan process and were quick to answer any questions we had regarding the overall timeframe, appraisal process, etc.

  Waterstone-Barry Botwin and his team are phenomenal! This is my third closing with them and the communication is far superior to any other team I’ve ever used. The closing is always super fast and seamless. The rates and out-of-pocket are extremely competitive. I can honestly say that I won’t use any other company and I recommend them all the time!
