  Barry and his team are wonderful! From pre-approval through closing, they were always just a phone call or email away if we had a question. On top of that, throughout the process Barry kept us informed of the progress – including a call every Tuesday. When we encountered issues with the closing agent selected by the seller, Barry’s team jumped in and got things moving. Barry has helped two of our children with their first home purchase. Can’t imagine using anyone else for assistance in obtaining a mortgage loan. We highly recommend Barry and Team Botwin!

  I have bought two houses since I was 20 and I would never ever go with anyone else. Barry and his team at WaterStone are absolutely the best. Jerilee was absolutely wonderful.   I cannot recommend Barry Botwin team highly enough. Many people say that the home buying process is difficult or stressful, but feel good knowing that if Barry Botwin is on your team the process will be smooth and painless. He and his entire team are professional, courteous, responsive and all around great people who will help you every step of the way and make sure you do what is best for you - they were never pressuring or overbearing, a trait I found often in other mortgage lenders. They helped us go from prequal to signed closing papers in under 30 days with no hiccups. Big shout-out to Jerilee and Maryann who really helped my fiancé and I through the entire process. Highest recommendation I can give.
