  Summit Mortgage Corporation has a wonderful team! They were very kind and extremely helpful! Anytime I spoke with someone on the team, or visited the office, they made us feel as if we were the most important thing going on.   Bruce Woodburn and his team at Cross Country Mortgage are simply an amazing team to work with. They made our home purchasing process go beyond smooth. Bruce, Elizabeth (Liz), and Chase were beyond helpful, making sure we understood what was happening in the process. Every Tuesday we would get an email giving us an update on our loan. You get automatic emails with changes (pre-approved, conditional approval, going to the underwriting dept) along with mini video explaining whats going to happen next. My husband and I are beyond impressed with their service. We had a terrible experience with another lender (no name given in this post) and we were told 1 month before closing that we had to have a job in the city where we were moving (average 260 miles) in order to finalize the loan. After dealing with them since the moment we signed the purchase agreement (Feb 2020) and letting them know that a job transfer was not guarantee, they mentioned there would be other ways to do the loan if that wouldnt happen down the road. What a hot mess dealing with that other lender. Thank God our builders (Hanover Family Builders) directed us to Bruce (another preferred lender) of theirs to process our loan. Thank you Bruce and to your team for working diligently and making our dream come true. Don’t waste time with another lender! Call The Woodburn Team at Cross Country Mortgage!

  Everyone at Woodburn Team CrossCountry Mortgage LLC was better than I could ever imagine. This team is built off of the greatest customer service there is! Bruce Woodburn, Liz Ramos and all others who helped us along this home buying journey really outdid themselves and worked hard to be readily available anytime I called. They walked us through the loan process by the hand and funded our deal almost immediately! My family and I couldn’t be happier and my words do no justice. Thank you so much!

  What an amazing experience with the team at Summit Mortgage. I had to find a local lender to provide me with a letter of approval within 48 hours and they did it. I had a very complicated situation, both my husband and I are self employed, we own two other homes (wanted to keep one as an investment) but Summit Mortgage was able to make it work. Their internal process and communications with their clients is amazing. I always knew where they were in the process and what they needed. I would highly recommend working with this team. They are the BEST! I have dealt with a lot of mortgage companies and never felt in better hands. Thanks to the entire team at Summit Mortgage for getting the job done!!!!!!

  Updated 9/2019 - Wanted to refinance my home and Bruce was my first call. Nothing has changed since my first review. Bruce and the whole Cross Country team are amazing. They made the process quick, easy and painless. Wont use anyone else if I have a choice. 4/2016 - Bruce and his team were awesome. Made everything as simple and easy as possible (and with the typical process of buying a house, that is saying A LOT). Couldn't be happier with what they did, and how they handled themselves. Highly recommended.

  The Summit Mortgage team are the best in the business, in my opinion. Bruce Woodburn and his staff did everything humanly possible to help us through the process.   I recently had a closing with Summit-Mortgage as the Title Company I was very impressed by the communication from the lender. Jenna & Bruce were amazing throughout the process and the closer, Chris was on top of getting HUD approved for closing. I really enjoyed working with everyone there and look forward to close with them on another deal shortly.

  I recently refinanced my home with Cross Country Mortgage and I cannot begin to “Thank” them enough for making the process a breeze. The Woodburn team is nothing short of amazing! From the moment that I first called until right up to closing, I was beyond impressed with everyone that I had the privilege to work with, (and I have to add that I closed within 15 business days). Kat was my go to girl, and Chad, John, and Senita were priceless. Then there is Bruce who showed up to closing himself. I have nothing but praise for this company and how awesome that they are!! I was continuously updated on the loan status and they are always readily available to answer all questions. They even helped me save over $800.00 a year on home insurance! I’ve been through several closings and I have to say that this was painless on my part! To the Woodburn Team: You are the Best by far!!!! P.S. I love my Tiffany wine glasses and will forever cherish them!!!

  Summit Mortgage is the by far the best mortgage company I've had the opportunity of working with. As a Realtor, I had clients who were having a hard time getting financing, mostly due to job changes and limited use of credit in the past. Bruce Woodburn found financing for them, and kept both the listing agent and me in the loop on a weekly basis. He let us know where the mortgage stood and never over-promised, but always did exactly what he said he would. I would highly recommend Summit Mortgage to anyone looking for a home.
