  Great experience with Waterstone. When we encountered a couple of the hurdles that always come in the midst of the process, the team had great solutions and helped keep our purchase moving smoothly and quickly. They did a great job keeping us informed as we moved through each step. The service was professional and personal, and I always knew I could reach out with any questions or concerns along the way. I'll be using them next time... and every time.

  Waterstone Mortgage was recommended to me by a family member. They were beyond excellent at communicating throughout the process and were lightening fast in responding to emails or phone calls. It made all the difference in making me feel comfortable during my first home purchase. They were patient with me and answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend them to other friends and family.

  I applied for a loan with Waterstone Mortgage Corporation after I was referred by a realtor. Initially, I was qualified for the loan but when I parted ways with the realtor who was not being effective, the branch manager at Waterstone Mortgage refused to release my updated qualification letter which negatively impacted my ability to make an offer on my first home purchase and refused service. I would not recommend Waterstone Mortgage Corporation to anyone interested in purchasing a home.

  I do not often do online reviews. However Trace Hawthorne did a fantastic job of getting us our Mortgage at the payment we wanted. The process was easy and worry free. Thanks for helping us get our home.

  I used the Chicago operation, Tim Brigham was my "guy". His team including Brian and Karoline and he outperformed EVERY single mortgage company I've used over the years. Communicative, efficient, follow through oriented and flexible. I would recommend these guys to ANYONE seeking a lone in Chicagoland and have already.

  was there to snow plow the parking lot...big lot can park a lot of cars
