  5 stars for Matthew Mews and his team! Customer service is clearly a priority here. Questions and concerns were responded to quickly, thoroughly and easy to understand. My refinance experience was a breeze and completed quickly. I will definitely return for future mortgage needs. I especially appreciate the personal touch. Matt and his team treated me like a friend, not a number which is so often the case nowadays.

  I cannot thank the Waterstone team enough, especially Eric, for the ease of purchasing our new home. Eric went above and beyond after hours to provide pre-approval letters for different offers we submitted (there were a few with this market)! When we had an accepted offer, Eric was great in letting us know exactly what we needed to make it easy for us to provide the documentation to him, as well as providing a quick reminder of outstanding items whether. When we were near closing, quick calls to remind us of things or update us on how things were going was very much appreciative. I highly recommend the team at Waterstone Mortgage Corporation for your mortgage needs.

  Eric Barnes of Waterstone Mortgage, is a very dedicate man, who is responsive with questions and provides solutions to concerns for progressing on mortgage and re-financing. He is easy to speak with and "sets your mind at ease" with him seeing your entire portfolio! He can devise a plan that is easy to understand, with only the "best in mind" for his clients and customers! I have refinanced with this "expert" multiple times, and each and every time, was feeling positive after every meeting and phone conversations! He has improved our finances each time and have grown to feel "as if he is family" where I would entrust him with my most private financial information. We recently just closed on a re-finance in the past week and the smoothness of the entire process, and him, providing the calculations for a seamless closing, left my wife and I empowered in financial wealth! We would not think of working with anyone other than Eric Barns who is a serious asset to Waterstone Mortgage!!!

  Matthew Mews and his team at Waterstone were readily available, responsive and informative during each step of the process which contributed greatly to a timely 30 day close. I found the balance between the usage of personal email and the client portal very effective for notification, review and completion of necessary paperwork. I noticed a few times where communicated information was not passed along to other team members which created some frustration amongst all parties. Despite these very few blips, I was pleased with the service and would recommend and use them again.

  Eric B was wonderful to work with! We had very little knowledge of the whole refi process. He was very informative and checked in with us every step of the way, explaining and reassuring. The entire loan process went very quickly and smoothly, with no hiccups. I would definitely recommend Waterstone and Eric Barns if you are looking to refinance your mortgage for whatever reason.

  Eric Debelack and Waterstone Mortgage were a pleasure to work with on refinancing our home. I have refinanced several times in the past couple of decades as rates dropped and this was the best experience I've had yet!   Mr. Bill Meisel from Waterstone Mortgage has been a true professional throughout our loan mortgage process. He is the definition of professionalism. He worked diligently and effectively with me until the very end. Keep in mind I was in California and he in Wisconsin, and even with the challenges we had he was nothing short of amazing.
